NDT & Test

AGJ A/S continuously performs quality assurance and testing on executed welding, piping, and materials according to the requirements specified by our clients.

We complete our own control of welding assignments using our own endoscope and perform visual rating carried out by a qualified welding expert (IWS). We can comply with the latest increased quality demands on e.g. steel constructions made according to DS/EN 1090 and do CE-marking on processing plants according to existing rules. We can set up welding procedures WPS on special welding assignments. If the jobs require PQR or WPQR we execute these in close collaboration with FORCE, amongst others.

When the jobs require it or when our clients specify NDT executed by a third party we work closely together with FORCE or CPI on the execution of NDT.

When performing special welding jobs such as PTA welding with e.g. Stellite where our clients require test and NDT executed according to ASME IX, we offer micro section and metallurgic inspections done in collaboration with SWEREA IVF in Sweden or FORCE.
