AGJ Quality Control

AGJ A/S works according to existing guidelines in our own quality control system according to DS/EN ISO 9001. Our teams are certified by Achilles JFQ id.27822 and Sellihca id. 110703.

We work according to technical requirements and guidelines relating to welding under DS/EN ISO 3834, and use the disciplines applying to setting up welding procedures, procedure tests and the latest requirements according to DS/EN 1090 with belonging safety classes.

All employees working with welding have valid welding certificates according to EN 287-1:2011, and they have completed the section 26 training, and a course in hot work.

We have a continuously increasing quantity of welding procedures and WPS that cover most of our assignments. We work in close collaboration with Force and CPI on setting up relevant WPS.

All tools, welding works and general production machines go through ongoing safety checks that are systematically documented by our people responsible for our AGJ Tool storeroom.

Our level of competency, experience and quality assurance give our clients great security in our collaboration. AGJ A/S can perform close to all complicated welding assignments for our clients.
