AGJ Supervisor

AGJ A/S usually performs interdisciplinary projects involving employees with many different functions and assignments. An assignment can easily involve competent employees from AGJ A/S working in close collaboration with staff from Metalock Engineering Sweden AB, or another one of our other sub-suppliers.

Our teams are typically managed by working foremen or a supervisor from AGJ Engineering. Our supervisors are responsible for keeping on schedule and for ensuring progress in the project entrusted to us, and they are also responsible for planning.

A supervisor from AGJ Engineering is often required to ensure ongoing compliance with quality and safety requirements, and to prepare technical documentation continuously on-site at our clients’ facilities.

AGJ Engineering employs personnel who can take on supervisor roles to a great extent. All supervisors in AGJ Engineering have industry backgrounds, often with years of fundamental experience with turbine assignments in power plants. AGJ Supervisors have basic work environment training and they are often certified crane and truck operators.
