AGJ A/S performs hard surfacing with open arc and carbide-filled flux-cored wire on rolls and table for coal pulverizing mills on one of the largest power plants in Denmark. Welding is done with dia.2.8mm flux-cored wire from the German Corodur, and WPS is set up by a welding engineer from Corodur in close collaboration with IWTs from AGJ A/S. For the current four rolls a little less than 900 kgs of filler material have been used. The assignment has just been completed with the rolls successfully returned to our client.
